  • to compromise or attempt to compromise the security of any PanelLogic or third party network, system, server, or account;
  • to impersonate or attempt to impersonate PanelLogic, PanelLogic personnel, another subscriber or user, or any other person or entity;
    in any way that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of PanelLogic’s Services or which, as determined by PanelLogic, may harm PanelLogic or users of PanelLogic’s Services or expose them to liability;
  • to engage in phishing or identity theft;
  • to distribute computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code;
  • to distribute pornography or adult related content;
  • to promote or facilitate violence or terrorist activities; or,
  • to infringe the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of others.
Enforcement

Your Services may be suspended or terminated with or without notice upon any violation of this Policy. Any violations may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.
